Roe Byrne, born Rowan Joseph Byrne, is a singer-songwriter from Dublin, Ireland, who makes emotional pop-folk. He started writing music at 14 and sharpened his craft busking on Grafton Street, Dublin’s famous shopping strip. He has said busking changed his life and helped him overcome his shyness. His influences include Dermot Kennedy, Hozier, Novo Amor and Coldplay, and you can hear that mix of soaring vocals and intimate songwriting in his work. In January 2023 he played his first headline show at Dublin’s Sound House. His releases include “Set Me On Fire” in 2023, “Stereo” in 2024, “Heal Me” and “Closer” in 2025, and the 2026 EP In Case You Ever Ask. His lyrics feel both personal and relatable, the kind of songs that catch your attention on the first listen and stay with you.
