Gunna is the stage name of Sergio Kitchens, a rapper from College Park, Georgia, known for his smooth, melodic flow and laid-back delivery. He rose through Young Thug’s YSL Records with his Drip Season mixtape series. Drip Season 3 in 2018 included “Sold Out Dates” with Lil Baby, and later that year the two released the collaborative album Drip Harder. His debut album, Drip or Drown 2, followed in 2019. Wunna in 2020 and DS4Ever in 2022 both debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. In 2023 he released a Gift & a Curse, which featured the viral hit “fukumean,” and One of Wun followed in 2024. His steady, fast-but-controlled cadence is a big reason his music works so well for running: you can lock your pace to the beat without burning out.
